TUESDAY 31st MAY----EVENING

UPDATE @ 1830Hrs
There was a good deal of dry weather around today, with spells of sunshine, but we were affected by a belt of showers at around 1330Hrs.Amounts varied within short distances; the centre of Perth didn't fare too badly, but a short distance up the A9 there were significant puddles. My sister-in-law & her husband  had just ascended Craigower when the Heavens opened. The gauge here contained 0.5mms, enough for a soaking if it fell in a short space of time. Anyway, that's the way showers can be!!.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
A dry evening is expected, but later in the night, a warm front will bring a little rain to the area, probably not amounting to much. No repeat of last night's frost, in fact rather mild.

OUTLOOK
WEDNESDAY will be rather cloudy, especially during the morning when a little patchy light rain is likely. This should die out as the morning progresses & there may be some breaks in the cloud during the afternoon & evening. It will be rather humid, so should feel quite warm in any afternoon sunshine.
THURSDAY & FRIDAY look promising days, with spells of sunshine & temperatures in the warm category
