THURSDAY 12th MAY----EVENING

UPDATE @ 1730Hrs
It was the same sunshine & showers mix, but most of the cloud & showers were concentrated in the morning. The rain measured during the day, was the smallest amount that it is possible to calculate--just 0.1mm. During the afternoon, many of the showers tended to pass a little to the north of us & generally, the west was packed with showers, with very few making it to the East Coast. The maximum temperature was 15.1 degrees.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
An outside chance of an evening shower, but much of the time it will be dry with some early evening sunshine & clear spells overnight. Places that are prone to frosts may just get a touch of ground frost, otherwise minimum air temperatures around 4 or 5 degrees.

OUTLOOK
FRIDAY should see a mainly dry morning, with broken cloud & some sunny spells. Clouds will start building around lunchtime & there is a risk of a shower or two during the afternoon. Winds will be from the west & maximum temperatures will reach about 14 degrees.SATURDAY promises more sunshine & showers, while some more general rain is expected later on SUNDAY.  Daytime temperatures will reach a maximum of around 14 degrees
