FRIDAY 6th MAY----EVENING

UPDATE @ 1730Hrs
Following this morning's light rain, the day became mainly dry, with broken cloud & some sunshine. Temperatures were a little above the May average, the maximum reaching 16.3 degrees.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
There could just be an isolated shower this evening, but it will be mostly dry, until a spell of rain, sometimes moderate to heavy spreads into the area by around midnight, lasting for about 6 hours.Hopefully, there should be at least 10mms of rain.It will be a mild night with no frost worries.

OUTLOOK
SATURDAY should have a dry morning once the overnight rain has cleared. There should be some sunny spells.  During the afternoon & extending into the evening, there is a definite shower risk, but as usual, some spots may get a heavy, thundery downpour or two, while other places largely escape. It should feel warm in the sunny spells, with a maximum of 18 or 19 degrees.     SUNDAY will have a longer spell of rain & is likely to be a touch cooler.
