Less cold this morning. If you have a lawn to mow, do it this morning. Don't bother watering! Some rain is on the way at last!

PITLOCHRY TODAY
A layer of medium-height cloud, but dry at present.Perhaps a little morning brightness. Rain is expected to commence around lunchtime, continuing on & off for the rest of the day. Perhaps some of the rain will be heavier, especially later. Temperatures about 13 degrees at best.

 THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Mostly cloudy, with further rain at times. Lowest temperatures not falling below 7 degrees.

OUTLOOK
FRIDAY will be mainly cloudy, perhaps a few brighter spells. There will be some further occasional rain. Warmer at 16 or 17 degrees. THE WEEKEND is expected to be rather unsettled, with afternoon showers on Saturday & more general rain on Sunday. Temperatures should be around or a little above normal by day, but mild overnight.
