MONDAY 9th MAY

HEADLINES @ 0900Hrs
Clear skies at present to the S & SE, but clouds in the west. The short, sharp downpour at 2345Hrs gave another 1.7mms.
We've now had more than 50% of a normal May's rainfall & more to come in the coming days!


PITLOCHRY TODAY
Sunshine to start the day, but cloud gradually building. During the afternoon, there are likely to be several showers around, some of which could be heavy, with thunder a possibility. Maximum temperature about 17 degrees.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Still a shower risk during the evening, but becoming mostly dry overnight. Minimum temperature around 8 degrees.

OUTLOOK
 TUESDAY will be generally more cloudy, with some longer spells of rain likely. WEDNESDAY should return to a sunshine & showers regime, with the shower risk greater p.m. Daytime temperature near-normal on both days & no frosts expected.
