TUESDAY 22nd FEBRUARY

HEADLINES @ 0900Hrs
A misty morning, with little wind, but yet again, cold at 1.6. At least there was no frost. I actually saw a vague outline of Ben Vrackie earlier on, so this low cloud isn't all that thick.

PITLOCHRY TODAY
Dry & cloudy for much of the time. There could be an odd passing slight shower.Rather cold again, with highest temperature around 4 degrees.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
After a dry start to the evening, persistent rain & stronger winds will spread from the west. Later in the night, as a warm front crosses, temperatures will begin to rise, lowest temperatures having occurred during the evening.

OUTLOOK
Any early rain on WEDNESDAY should soon clear & it should become dry for a time. However, there will be another spell of rain during the late afternoon & evening. Much milder than of late, with the temperature rising to 10 or 11 degrees.
THURSDAY & FRIDAY should also be mild, Thursday being the better day.
