SUNDAY 6th FEBRUARY

HEADLINES @ 0900Hrs
A nippy morning, with mist in the valley. Mostly cloudy, but cloud appears fairly thin. Minimum temperature was -1.2.
PITLOCHRY TODAY
A dry start, with some frost & valley mist. The "troublesome" front has been stuck over N. England, giving some huge rainfall totals. It is now edging north & has reached the Edinburgh area. There is a risk that we could get some rain from this during the afternoon, but it is only a risk & we could escape largely unscathed. ( a good time for checking the radar      http://www.raintoday.co.uk/
Staying rather cold at around 3 maximum. Winds lighter.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Any rain soon dying out, leaving a dry, partly cloudy night with a few clear intervals. A slight frost is just possible, with minimum close to zero.

OUTLOOK
Up to THURSDAY. Mainly dry with some sunshine, except for Wednesday, when it is likely to become wet & windy.
