SATURDAY 12th FEBRUARY

HEADLINES @ 0900Hrs
A cloudy start to the day, with plenty of mist flirting with the valley sides. Last night's rain takes the month's total to date, to above the average total for the whole month.

PILOCHRY TODAY
A mainly dry day, though rather cloudy for a good part of the time. There may be some brighter intervals during the afternoon. Maximum temperatures will reach around 4 or 5 degrees.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
A dry evening is expected, with some clear intervals likely & temperatures falling towards zero. By the wee small hours, cloud will have increased from the W. to be followed by rain. Winds from the SE will strengthen.

OUTLOOK
A mostly cloudy day on SUNDAY, with some spells of rain, though perhaps some improvement later in the afternoon. Maximum temperature around 6 degrees.THE START OF NEXT WEEK looks likely to be cold with some sleet or snow showers, with perhaps some light snow accumulations.
