UPDATE @ 1630Hrs
A delightful day, with almost unbroken sunshine. Later in the day, a few cumulus clouds appeared.  In the sunshine & with light winds, it felt pleasantly warm. The maximum temperature reached 8.6 degrees.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
The evening will remain dry, with long clear periods & temperatures falling a degree or so below freezing. Later in the night, it will become rather more cloudy, with even a light shower possible. Temperatures will tend to recover somewhat.

OUTLOOK
TUESDAY should be mostly dry, though there is likely to be more cloud around than on Monday. Temperatures, however, may be up a degree or so on Monday, reaching about 9 degrees. WEDNESDAY to FRIDAY should be dry for the most part, partly cloudy, with near-normal temperatures.
