The front moving across from the west, died a death, with only a trace of rain to record.  It was another cold day, highest temperatures only reaching 2.1

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
 Possibly an odd spit of rain or sleet this evening, but mainly dry overnight, though staying mainly cloudy. Lowest temperature 1 degree.

OUTLOOK
TUESDAY---Mainly cloudy, but dry for most of the day, with highest temperatures around 5 degrees. During the evening & overnight, it will turn wet, with fairly persistent rain, brought by a warm front. Consequently, temperatures are likely to rise as the night goes on.       WEDNESDAY may start wet, but temperatures will be much higher than of late.
