WEDNESDAY 13th APRIL

HEADLINES @ 0830Hrs
It is actually spitting with rain at present, but I am still planning on doing some watering today, as newly planted stuff just hasn't had enough rain! There's plenty of rain in the west, but it is fragmenting & decaying as it moves east across the mountains.Another ground frost last night.

PITLOCHRY TODAY
A rather cloudy day, with sporadic patches of light rain, which will be more of nuisance value, than of use to gardeners & growers. It will probably be the coldest day of the week, with highest temperatures around 9 or 10 degrees.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
A mainly cloudy, but essentially dry evening & night. No frost is expected.

OUTLOOK
THURSDAY may start cloudy with some patchy drizzle, but later, the weather should be dry & brighter. It will also be milder than today, with temperatures approaching 14 degrees. THE WEEKEND prospects at this stage are looking fairly positive.
