HEADLINES @ 0815Hr
A pleasant start to the day, with mainly high & medium-level cloud with breaks in it. There was no frost overnight. The barometer is rising nicely. Enjoy what promises to be a nice weekend!

PITLOCHRY TODAY
A dry day, with variable amounts of cloud & some spells of sunshine. Temperatures should reach 17 or 18 degrees.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Dry throughout. Perhaps some valley mist patches or even a bit of low cloud off the North Sea. Lowest temperature about 5 or 6 degrees.

OUTLOOK
The weekend should be mainly dry; just the chance of a little rain early Sunday morning. Saturday probably the better day for sunshine. Maximum temperatures around 16 to 18, with Saturday the warmer of the two.
