A dry, bright morning, with breaks in the cloud.
In the posting for last evening, you will find a brief summary about the statistics for the first half of April
PITLOCHRY TODAY
It will be another dry day(we've had no worthwhile rain since the 5th). Cloud will be variable, but there should be times when the sun breaks through. It should become rather warm again, as temperatures rise to a maximum of 15 or 16 degrees--well above the norm.
THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Continuing dry over the period, with some cloud patches, but also spells of clear sky. Together with light winds, this is a recipe for a chilly night with a fairly widespread frost on the ground. Air minimum will be generally a couple of degrees above freezing.
OUTLOOK
After a chilly start, SUNDAY promises to be another dry day with spells of sunshine & above normal temperatures. THE START OF NEXT WEEK remains mainly settled with some sunshine
