UPDATE @ 1800Hrs
The maximum temperature reached 18.7 degrees today. This is only 1/2 a degree short of the average maximum temperature in July & is between 7 & 8 degrees above the average maximum for April. However, this is not a record-breaker for April.
THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
The evening will start bright & warm. Overnight, the clear skies may allow some mist patches to form, but frost would seem unlikely.
OUTLOOK
A dry day on SATURDAY, with some cloud patches(perhaps some North Sea low cloud around first thing). Sunny spells & warm again by late morning.Highest temperatures around 18 degrees. SUNDAY should also be a dry day, with some sunshine & still warm.
