MONDAY 25th APRIL

HEADLINES @ 0900Hrs
Cloudy at present, with even a few spots of rain, but gardeners should not get excited! Hosepipes at the ready this week!

PITLOCHRY TODAY
The morning will remain cloudy & there may be a few spots of rain on occasions, but amounting to very little. During the course of the afternoon, it should begin to brighten from the NW, eventually becoming sunny. Highest temperatures will be around 14 or15 degrees.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
The evening will be sunny & the night clear. Widespread ground frost is expected & the most prone spots may see a slight air frost. Valley mist patches are likely.

OUTLOOK
THE NEXT 3 DAYS are likely to be dry with some sunshine. Temperatures are likely to reach around 14 degrees by day, but ground frosts are on the cards for the overnight period.  All in all--good for those who are touring & especially walking , but problematic for gardeners & growers who would like some worthwhile rain in the forecast.
