Quite a nippy night, with a ground frost & plenty of dew on the grass. Currently, there is a lot of altocumulus cloud around, giving a ripple effect.
PITLOCHRY TODAY
Dry for much of the time, though there could be an isolated shower later in the day. There will be some sunshine around, though not as much as yesterday & it may become rather cloudy at times later in the day. It will still be on the warm side for April as temperatures reach about 16 degrees, down on yesterday but still significantly above average.
THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Any isolated showers at first will die out & the rest of the night should be dry with some clear spells. Minimum air temperatures should be around 5 or 6. There may be some mist patches.
OUTLOOK
TUESDAY should be mostly dry, although the odd shower can not be ruled out. There should be some spells of sunshine between more cloudy periods & again it will be on the warm side for April. THE WEEK AHEAD will continue to be dominated by high pressure, with some sunshine at times & daytime temperatures generally above normal.
