TUESDAY 26th APRIL

HEADLINES @ 0900Hrs
There's been an air frost here & a sharp ground frost. At present, it's partly cloudy, but the sun is able to break through at times.

PITLOCHRY TODAY
A chilly start, with perhaps some valley mist patches. Mostly dry(just an outside chance of an isolated shower), with some spells of sunshine.Maximum temperature reaching around 14 degrees.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Dry with some evening sunshine & clear spells overnight. Again it will become cold overnight, with a widespread ground frost & perhaps a touch of air frost in the most prone spots(eg valley bottoms & flat, grassy areas)

OUTLOOK
THE NEXT 3 DAYS will continue dry with high pressure controlling our weather. It is likely to be rainless. Daytime temperatures will be a little above long-term averages, though nights are likely to be chilly with at least a ground frost. A breeze from the east will develop later, so early morning low cloud becomes a possibility, but otherwise, there should be generous supplies of sunshine.
