UPDATE @ 1730Hrs
After a mainly cloudy morning, clouds lifted & broke to some degree this afternoon & conditions became very pleasant. The maximum temperature rose to 15.7 degrees, a full 5 degrees up on yesterday& about 4.4 above the April average. We are certainly doing well & tomorrow I will look at the facts & figures for the 1st half of the month.
THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
A fine evening in prospect, but overnight cloud is likely to increase & lower, perhaps giving some light & patchy rain or drizzle. Totals are likely to be negligible. Minimum temperature about 5 degrees.
OUTLOOK
FRIDAY is looking promising after a cloudy damp start. THE WEEKEND should be mainly dry with some sunshine at times & temperatures by day above average.
