UPDATE @ 1645Hrs
The morning was rather cold, with rather more cloud than sunshine, but by afternoon, the cloud had become well-broken allowing good sunny periods. It was, however, rather breezy with gusts up to force 6 on occasions. The highest temperature reached 12.6, a little above normal for the early part of April.
THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
A dry evening & night, with cloud well-broken, giving some long clear spells. There may just be a ground frost in prone areas, with minimum air temperatures down to about 4 degrees.
OUTLOOK
A good deal of dry weather over the next 3 days. Perhaps a little rain overnight SAT/SUN, but amounts small. Daytime temperatures should be above average at 15 to 17 degrees.
