SUNDAY 4th SEPTEMBER

HEADLINES @ 0845Hrs
A pleasant start to the day, though a chilly one. Above, there are some attractive high cloud formations, but still mist areas at lower levels & some folk are likely to still be in the mist or fog. Here, it fell ro within half a degree of a ground frost.

PITLOCHRY TODAY
Any remaining mist will clear leaving a mainly sunny morning. During the afternoon, cloud will tend to build, giving a risk of an odd shower, but some spots could just about stay dry. Highest temperatures 17 or 18 so feeling pleasant in the sunshine.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
The evening should be bright & dry, but later a band of rain will affect the area. Not as chilly as the night just gone, with low down to about 10.

OUTLOOK
MONDAY---A cloudy start, with perhaps a little rain left over. Becoming dry & bright later, with broken cloud, sunny intervals & perhaps a shower. A little cooler, with a maximum of 16.
TUESDAY----Unsettled, with rain likely at first, some brighter weather later, but showers likely. It is likely to be cooler with stronger winds.
