FRIDAY 16th SEPTEMBER

HEADLINES @ 0830Hrs
Why can't we have a few more days like yesterday?   A couple of hours dry, then it's downhill. Probably quite a lot of rain to come before the day is out!

PITLOCHRY TODAY
Cloudy throughout. It should be dry for a while, but by mid to late morning, some rain should be starting to affect the area. This is likely to begin mostly light & patchy, but later, it will become more persistent & heavier, with little improvement during daylight hours. Winds picking up a bit from the S.E. & maximum temperature about 14.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Rain until later in the night, when it should start to die out, with some dry spells & perhaps an odd shower. Fresh winds easing later & lowest temperature about 10.

OUTLOOK
SATURDAY----An unsettled day, with mainly cloudy skies. There are likely to be some showery periods, though a few drier & brighter ones too.Highest temperature 14, with N. winds.
SUNDAY----A better day, with broken cloud, some sunshine & scattered showers. Winds still from the N. & top temperature around 15.
