SATURDAY 17th SEPTEMBER

HEADLINES @ 0800Hrs
Quite a dollop of rain overnight, so month's total to date, now close to entire month's average. No great shakes for the weekend, but could be worse. Sunday probably the better day.

PITLOCHRY TODAY
A rather cloudy day. Some showery outbreaks of rain seem likely, but with dry periods in between. This afternoon may see a few breaks in the cloud, with a few sunny intervals, though the odd more cloudy spell with a shower is still possible.Remaining cool, though winds will be light. Max. temp.14.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Any showers should die out, with some cloud breaks & clear spells. Min. temp 7 or 8.

OUTLOOK
SUNDAY----It may srart cloudy with patchy light rain, but overall the day should be better than Saturday. There should only be scattered showers, with some cloud breaks with sunny intervals in between. Highest temp.15.
MONDAY----Perhaps starting bright, but cloud & a belt of mostly light rain will spread from the west.
