WEDNESDAY 14TH SEPTEMBER

Nice to see some sunshine to start the day, for a change. Reasonable prospects for the next 48hrs!

PITLOCHRY TODAY
It should be dry for most , if not all of the time. Cloud will come & go, but perhaps there may be rather more about this afternoon. Highest temperatures will reach around 14 & winds will be moderate to fresh from W to NW.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
It should be mainly dry. Cloud will tend to break during late evening & overnight giving some clear skies. It will probably be the coldest night of September to date, minimum air temperature 4 or 5 & perhaps a touch of ground frost.

OUTLOOK
THURSDAY----A chilly start, bu ta fine dry day, with some spells of sunshine. Cloud should remain well-broken. Highest temperature around 14 or 15. (Best day for mowing the lawn !)
FRIDAY----All change, with rain spreading from the west
