MONDAY 26th SEPTEMBER----EVENING

HEADLINES @ 1915Hrs
A very reasonable day, with broken cloud & some sunshine. Pitlochry appears to have caught an isolated shower around 1500Hrs. I was between Perth & Dundee & it stayed dry, with a fair amount of sunshine ( the price we pay at times for living amongst the hills & mountains!)  Highest temperature, 14.9.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Well broken cloud this evening & for the first part of the night, then becoming cloudy, with some light & patchy rain or drizzle. Temperatures falling while it's clear but rising with the cloud towards dawn. Minimum 7.

OUTLOOK
TUESDAY----An east/west split across the county, with Pitlochry on the boundary likely to be partly cloudy, with fairly small amounts of rain, a few drier & brighter slots. Further west, more cloud & more rain---further east, less cloud, more sunshine & very little in the way of rain. Pitlochry should reach around 17, so up on today.
WEDNESDAY----Warmest day for weeks!!  Maximum around 22.
