A waning moon in the west, together with a chilly, stiff WNW wind, but plenty of clear sky at the start of today. A lot of rain & wind again yesterday,with plenty of road problems.  Don't forget to take a look at the webcams & weather data from a number of roadside venues (see yesterday's posting for a link)

PITLOCHRY TODAY
Some dry, bright spells today, but also some more cloudy periods, perhaps with the odd shower of rain or sleet. It will be rather windy & feel cold with a maximum temperature of 4.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Mainly dry with some clear periods. Still a breeze from the SW. Minimum temperature about 0 with a widespread frost on the ground.

THURSDAY
Mainly dry & bright, with a light or moderate SW breeze. Maximum temperature around 2 or 3.
