A pleasant, but very cold day, with areas of frost persisting. Maximum temperature only 1.2, the coldest daytime temperature since January 30th.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Much of the night will be dry & clear, but a slight breeze is stirring the air at present, preventing an air frost from setting in. There is an outside chance of an odd snow flurry during the night. Otherwise, frosty, with perhaps some valley mist patches by dawn. Minimum temperature around -5.

WEEKEND
A cold, but mainly dry weekend, with plenty of sunshine. There is just an outside chance of a snow shower. Temperatures will range from +3 by day to -4 overnight. There will be a breeze from the NW, helping to accentuate the cold.
