Another quiet day, with some cloud breaks & a little weak sunshine, though generally more cloudy during the afternoon. Today's maximum temperature was rather higher than Saturdays, reaching 4.3.
The Met Office is expecting another couple of deep depressions to affect Britain in the coming week; that on Tuesday is likely to give the strongest winds to England & Wales.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
There should be a fair amount of dry weather around during the period, but a few showers may get across from the west to affect our area. There are likely to be some breaks in the cloud & that will increase the likelihood of a slight frost, minimum temperature about -1.

MONDAY
A cold start, but it should be bright & dry through daylight hours. Cloud & wind are expected to increse late in the afternoon, bringing a spell of wet weather during the evening. Maximum temperature around 4.
