HEADLINES @ 1815Hrs
It was a cloudy start when I left Pitlochry, but south of Dunkeld, broken skies & bright sunshine took over. Auchterarder & Dunblane were fine & sunny, but by Callander, cloud had begun to increase. The Trossachs were rather cloudy, but with a few light showers around.  The journey home via Lochearnhead, Killin & Aberfeldy, saw rather cloudy skies, with a few well-scattered light showers.  Pitlochry rainfall up to 1815 was 0.3mms, while the maximum temperature was 12.8.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Still a few showers around the area, but likely dying out later on, with some clear spells overnight. Lowest temperature around 4 or 5. Possibly a ground frost & some mist bands around valley bottoms & sides by morning.

THURSDAY
Not a bad day, with broken cloud & sunny intervals. Perhaps the odd shower around the area. Top temperatures close to 12.
