SUNDAY 9th OCTOBER----EVENING

HEADLINES @ 1745Hrs
Spent part of today up Carn Liath (975m).  Force 10 winds up there & low cloud continually flirting with the summit.
Back down in the "lowlands"-- not a bad day, with the maximum temperature reaching an above-average 15.4.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
A pleasant start with some sunny intervals, but cloud spreading from the S.W. later, to bring some rain overnight. Much of the rain should be light, just a few moderate outbreaks. A mild night with temperatures staying above 8.
MONDAY
A cloudy start with some rain, though this should die out as the morning goes on, with perhaps some sunny intervals. A threat of further cloud & rain later in the day.
