HEADLINES @0830Hrs
A pleasant start to the day. Much of Britain is in for a mild day & London should make 19. There will, however, be some rain around, with the largest falls in Western Scotland. Pitlochry may escape with relatively little, but it's a tricky call on this one!

PITLOCHRY TODAY
The morning will start bright & dry. However, cloud will tend to increase from the south, followed by some rain during the afternoon, though most of this should be light. It will again be mild, with maximum temperature approaching 13 degrees. Becoming breezy.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Any remaining rain should die out during the first part of the evening & the rest of the time should be dry. It will continue mild & breezy, with a minimum of 9.

MONDAY
A good start to the new working week, with a mainly dry, bright day ahead. It is still expected to be mild & breezy, top temperature around 12.
