HEADLINES @ 0830Hrs
Cloudy at present & a few spits in the wind. Not just as cold as yesterday at this time. We haven't actually had an air frost yet, which is unusual for this stage in October.

PITLOCHRY TODAY
Broken cloud, with sunny intervals, but more cloudy spells also likely when there could be the odd shower. A moderate breeze from the south & highest temperature around 12.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Any showers dying out to give dry conditions with breaks in the cloud. It is likely to be a rather cold night, with minimum temperature around 4, with perhaps a slight ground frost & valley mist patches & hillside cloud bands.

FRIDAY
A dry, bright day, with a fresh southerly breeze & highest temperature close to 11.
