HEADLINES @ 1900Hrs
Dry all day, but rather disappointing with regard to sunshine amounts. The maximum temperature was 11.3.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
There may be small amounts of rain during the next hour or so, otherwise the main rain area is expected to arrive late evening, continuing on & off for much of the night. Areas further west will get the largest totals. Temperatures should hold up at about 8. The breeze will pick up as the evening goes on.

WEEKEND
Reasonably mild for late October, with winds from S or SW. Rather a lot of cloud for much of the time, with very limited brightness. Rain never too far away, though Sunday morning may stay mainly dry. The wettest weather always in the west, drier to the east & south-east of Pitlochry.
