WEDNESDAY 30th MARCH----EVENING

UPDATE @ 1700Hrs
It's been a dismal day, with occasional light rain, though only amounting to 1.8mms. Temperatures have been below normal, the highest value only reaching 8.7 degrees.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
There may be a little further slight rain or drizzle for a while this evening, but it will become dry for much of the night, until a new belt of rain arrives before dawn, lasting into the morning. Some of this rain may be moderate to heavy. No frost overnight, with lowest temperatures down to about 6 degrees.

OUTLOOK
THURSDAY is expected to start wet, but the area of rain will move away eastwards, followed by drier, brighter weather, perhaps with the odd shower, but also some spells of sunshine. It will be windy from the west, up to force 5 to 7. Highest temperatures should reach 12 or 13 degrees. FRIDAY could well see a further spell of rain, while the WEEKEND will be one of sunshine & a few showers.
