PITLOCHRY TODAY
Probably the rain at it's heaviest in the early part of the morning & generally dying out by around lunchtime.The afternoon should be mainly dry, perhaps just the odd shower & there should be some sunshine around. The worst of the strong winds, is likely to be in The Central Belt, but still a fresh westerly here after the rain clears. Highest temperatures close to 13 degrees.
THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
It should be a fine evening & early part of the night, with some clear spells. Later in the night, cloud will thicken, followed by a spell of rain. Temperature should stay above 5 at their lowest.
OUTLOOK
A mainly dry day on FRIDAY, with rather cloudy skies, but with some bright or sunny intervals. It will be breezy, but very mild, with temperatures reaching 14 degrees.Perhaps overnight rain will last into SATURDAY morning, but much of the WEEKEND should see a mixture of broken cloud & some sunny spells, with perhaps the odd heavy shower. SUNDAY may be a couple of degrees cooler than Saturday, though frost is not expected over the period.
