Rather cloudy, but with some bright or sunny intervals. The highest temperature was 9.0 (2.7 degrees higher than yesterday, but some people I met felt it had been colder--wind chill effect, I think. )

Becoming generally cloudy & rather breezy. There may be a little light rain at times overnight, though not amounting to very much. Minimum temperatures should be no lower than 3 degrees.
OUTLOOK
TUESDAY should start dry, but some rain is expected for a time during the afternoon. Maximum temperature around 9 degrees.THE REST of the WORKING WEEK will become generally more unsettled & is likely to feel colder.
