UPDATE @ 1630Hrs
The day was disappointing, with the cloud reluctant to break, leaving sunshine at a premium. It was, however, still mild, with the maximum of 13.1 well-above the normal. There was more sunshine & higher temperatures nearer to the East Coast.
THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
A mixture of cloudy spells, but with clearing skies at times too. During the clearer skies, temperatures will fall & it is likely that there will be a ground frost by morning.
OUTLOOK
THURSDAY should be another day with a mixture of cloud & sunshine & temperatures rising to reach above average values.
