UPDATE @ 1700Hrs
The day turned out much as expected, with cloud in abundance & sunny intervals at a premium. However, the news wasn't all negative, as with a maximum temperature of 12.0 degrees, today was the mildest day in March to date.
THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
A dry, rather cloudy, but mild evening & night are expected, with lowest temperatures at about 6 degrees.
OUTLOOK
MONDAY should be similar to today, in terms of cloud amounts, sunshine & temperature.
TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY should be largely dry, but patchy slight rain can't be totally ruled out on occasions. There should be a little sunshine & it will stay mild with winds from the west.
