There have been several downpours around today, but not always catching Pitlochry. The latest look at rhe rainfall radar shows that we had been very lucky late afternoon, with a large heavy shower passing just to our west. Nevertheless, we did catch 2 mms.earlier on. Maximum temperature was a miserable 16.5.
THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Remaining cloudy, with further showers around for much of the evening. Becoming dry with some clear skies overnight, with a low of around7 degrees.
OUTLOOK
FRIDAY----Mainly dry, with broken cloud & some sunny spells. Clouding over during the evening. Maximum temperature of about 19 degrees.
WEEKEND----Plenty of dry weather, with broken cloud & some sunshine, but also the chance of a few showers. Highest temperatures around 18 to 19 degrees. Some rain Saturday night
