MONDAY 29th AUGUST

HEADLINES @ 0900Hrs
WE ARE SHORTLY CHANGING BROADBAND PROVIDER, SO APOLOGIES FOR ANY BREAK IN THIS SERVICE.
Yesterday saw huge rainfall totals in parts of the N & NE of Scotland.  Elphin (Sutherland ) 83 mms. Wick had 65 mms in the 24Hrs ending 21 Hrs last night.   Pitlochry had a mere 3.2mms.

PITLOCHRY TODAY
Dry for the most part (the odd light shower is just possible ). Overall, it is expected to be rather cloudy; only a few sunny intervals are likely, these more especially later in the day. There will be a cool, fresh NW breeze & highest temperatures will struggle to 15 degrees.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Generally dry, with a few cloud breaks. Winds easing, with minimum temperature around 7 degrees.

OUTLOOK
TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY----Both days will see mostly dry weather, but with more cloud than clear sky. A few breaks in the cloud, with some sunny intervals are likely. Winds will be lighter & it will feel a little warmer as temperatures reach around 16 or 17 degrees at best.
