It proved to be a somewhat disappointing day, not living up to expectations. From lunchtime onwards, there was much more cloud around than sunshine, punctuated by several light,. though frustrating showers. Temperatures only made 17.5.
THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Possibly another shower early evening, but later skies should clear, leaving a dry, clear, cool night. Lowest temperatures down to around 6 degrees.
OUTLOOK
MONDAY----There should be plenty of dry weather with sunny periods. A few light showers may develop during the afternoon. Maximum temperatures should rise to 18 or 19 degrees.
TUESDAY----Mainly dry with spells of sunshine & temperatures similar to Mondays.
