UPDATE @ 1630Hrs
In contrast to the previous day, there was no sunshine to be had. A sheet of strato-cumulus cloud blanketed the sky, sometimes in rippled formation as it came off the Cairngorms. There were tiny amounts of rain on a couple of occasions. The maximum temperature was 5.1 degrees
THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Just about staying dry, though cloudy for much of the time. Any clear spells will encourage a slight frost, so minimum temperature in the +1/-1 range.
OUTLOOK
Monday will be generally cloudy, with small amounts of rain for a time later. Much of the remainder of next week is likely to be mainly dry & quiet, with temperatures near or a little below normal.
