After 29.4mms of rain in the past 24Hrs + frozen ground leading to rapid run-off, the River Tummel is in spate. The foot bridge is taped off for safety reasons. There is still ice around on some minor roads & paths.Overnight, temperatures nudged slightly higher to 7.2, before dropping back earlier this morning to 4.0.
