The morning was the better part of the day. The afternoon became cloudy, though with some temporary improvement around 1530H.  Temperatures were above normal at 12.0

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Some rain reaching the area later this evening & continuing on & off throughout the night. It will be rather breezy from the south, but temperatures should remain around 9 degrees.

THURSDAY
A wet start to the day, but cloud breaking somewhat later, with perhaps a few showers. It will be breezy, but very mild, with the top temperature nudging around 14 or even 15 .
