Least said the better about today in Pitlochry.   However, you didn't need to go all that far to find some sunshine.  Aviemore (only some 55 miles away ) was reporting a mostly sunny afternoon. That town has a lot of mountain between it & the North Sea, on occasions of moist SE air flows. Of course, it's much more exposed to snow showers in N airstreams than Pitlochry!   Today's top temperature here was 10.8.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Remaining generally overcast, with occasional drizzle & hill fog. Temperatures holding up at about 8.

MONDAY
Similar to today, with low cloud & occasional drizzle, with temperatures around 10 at best.  Perhaps a slim chance of a little brightness during the afternoon, but again sunshine generally confined to further west & north.
