HEADLINES @ 0845Hrs
Pressure remains high over Scandinavia, resulting in a cloudy E to SE airflow over the British Isles. Little sunshine around, except in western extremities. Yesterday, Aultbea (Wester Ross) was Britains warmest spot at 16.  They're having a good run in that neck of the woods!

PITLOCHRY TODAY
Mainly cloudy, with one or two patches of drizzle.  Just an outside chance of a few brighter intervals. Winds still from ESE & maximum temperature around 9 or 10.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Staying mainly cloudy, with only the far west of our region seeing some breaks & turning chilly. Pitlochry should remain above 5 or 6.

WEDNESDAY
Though still cloudy, with an isolated spit or two of drizzle possible, the chances of the odd brighter spell increase a little, (but don't hold your breath). Highest temperature 9 or 10.
