THURSDAY 24th NOVEMBER----EVENING

HEADLINES @ 1900Hrs
Today's maximum temperature was 11.6 & is unlikely to be reached again for a while. Between 0800 & 1900Hrs, 1.8mms of rain fell. Totals were higher than this further to the west.

THIS EVENING & TONIGHT
Some rain for a time this evening, but later becoming mainly dry with some clear spells overnight. Temperatures will be in the mild category initially, but by dawn, will have fallen to around 2, with a ground frost locally.

FRIDAY
There may be a shower or two around in the morning (perhaps of snow on Ben Vrackie). The afternoon should be mainly dry with some sunshine.  Feeling much colder, especially with a blustery W. wind.  Maximum temperatures will be no higher than 5, making it one of the colder days of the month.  Frost at night.
