A WARM WELCOME TO PITLOCHRY WEATHER!
THE ONLY ONLINE WEATHER SERVICE WHERE THE OBSERVER LIVES & RECORDS IN PITLOCHRY, USING PREVIOUS MET OFFICE CLIMATE STATION EXPERIENCE. FORECASTING IS BASED ON MET OFFICE & BBC MATERIAL, WHICH IS THEN TAILORED FOR THE PITLOCHRY AREA, USING LOCAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE       The month is following a pattern of alternating air masses being steered across Britain. Recently, we've experienced polar maritime air, while currently we're in tropical maritime air. By tomorrow, we'll be back in polar maritime air. Each different air mass imports different temperatures, humidity, cloud amounts, wind directions etc. During the period THURSDAY to SATURDAY, the weather will be dry for the most part, partly cloudy(some sunny intervals), rather cold by day, slight frost overnight, breezy from the W (Friday perhaps up to force 5). The odd front may bring a little rain, mainly overnight, but never amounting to much.  The WEEKEND promises to be reasonable for the time of year.
