A WARM WELCOME TO PITLOCHRY WEATHER!
THE ONLY ONLINE WEATHER SERVICE WHERE THE OBSERVER LIVES & RECORDS IN PITLOCHRY, USING PREVIOUS MET OFFICE CLIMATE STATION EXPERIENCE. FORECASTING IS BASED ON MET OFFICE & BBC MATERIAL, WHICH IS THEN TAILORED FOR THE PITLOCHRY AREA, USING LOCAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE.  Between now & Tuesday, we will be moving from a mild SW "warm sector" into a bitingly cold NW air stream with its source over Greenland---so quite a change!!   SUNDAY-- Frost & mist patches early, followed by a dry day with broken cloud & some sunshine. Much colder than Saturday, with best temperature struggling to 5. A little rain or sleet for a while later in the night. Still a frost risk by dawn. MONDAY---Possibly a little left-over rain or sleet early. but then a dry day with broken cloud & some sunshine. Feeling cold with a fresh NW breeze. Overnight frost widespread.  TUESDAY---Very cold, but some sunshine. Just the chance of an odd snow shower later on. Widespread overnight frost.
