MONDAY is expected to start frosty, perhaps with some fog patches around. It should stay dry & bright during the day, but frost is again expected overnight.  TUESDAY may well turn out one of the coldest days, with frost during the first part of the morning, setting in again later in the afternoon. It should, however, be dry with some sunshine. Some valley bottoms may be stuck with a temperature inversion all day, with temperatures scarcely exceeding freezing point. WEDNESDAY may turn out more cloudy with the risk of some light snow showers, though little accumulating. There should be some sunny intervals as well.  Winds throughout will be generally only light to moderate, mostly from the NW.
