LOCAL AREA OUTLOOK----THURS.12TH TO SUN.15th
Thursday should be much improved---dry with broken cloud & some sunshine, with temperatures up to around 17. Friday hopefully sees Scotland escaping the rain lined up for further south, while the weekend promises broken cloud, some intervals of sunshine & a few showers. It is, however, going to be on the cool side from Friday to Sunday with winds from the NW & overnight temperatures likely to be in single figures
THE MET OFFICE HOLDS OUT LITTLE PROSPECT OF ANY LENGTHY DRY,WARM &
SUNNY PERIODS DURING THE REST OF JULY!!
